This is the best diet ever. It starts off hard and gets easier as you go along. But it works! I lost over 60 pounds and will never look back. I'm happy to keep eating this way too, because now my sugar cravings are gone and i feel healthier and happier than ever. The Dukan Diet is amazing. Try it.

I had lap band surgery and I lost 38kg! Ppl say its the lazy way to loose weight but it trains you to eat less and i've kept up my dieting since the surgery 11 months ago. Ive dropped from size 22 to size 14 and now i can shop in normal stores instead of big-girl stores which is the best feeling in the world.

I reckon the best way to get in shape is to get a personal trainer. They cost money but there worth it. You need someone to push you and to make you be there ready for training at a particular time. No excuses. Isn't that what they say on biggest loser? And all the stars have personal trainers and personal chefs so they make it look so easy to shed the weight, especially after their babies.
